Logos Investment Management B.V., as manager of the Logos Fund, holds a licence as a manager of alternative investment funds within the meaning of Article 2:65 of the Dutch Financial Supervision Act (Wft). This licence has been granted by the Dutch Authority for Financial Markets (AFM) pursuant to the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (2011/61/EU).

Holding this licence, Logos Investment Management B.V. is supervised by the AFM and by the Dutch Central Bank (DNB).
